Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed (except in exceptional circumstances).
All parcels are shipped via the Portuguese national postal service (CTT) or UPS for the US.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be held at the nearest local post office for collection. You must go there in person with your tracking number to receive it.
Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:

unworn
-
unwashed
-
in their original condition
-
free from stains, damage, or defects
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and if it meets the above conditions, a refund will be issued.
